Softree needed a new web presence and CMS to replace their aging website and required several key features and goals to be met including:

• content management
• file management
• client file management for support
• dedicated client support CMS
• marketing integrations

A section of the site was devoted to an continually updated support section, and it was decided to run a separate website/CMS devoted strictly to support and training, while maintaining the marketing and product downloads components on a separate CMS that would remain more forward facing, but less dynamic in content turnover.

The site is responsive-to-mobile and runs two instances of the Concrete5 CMS, relying on C5's internal grid engine for layout templates.
